Appraisals
Lee Ann's Fine Jewelry performs written appraisals appropriate for insurance. Each appraisal comes with a detailed description and a picture of the piece of jewelry.
Wish Lists
We maintain wish lists for any customers who ask us to help them “inform” their loved ones of a special gift they have chosen. Our wish list can be printed off with pictures or emailed to the giver so that he or she can make their buying decision before coming to the store or if they prefer they can call us at 479-967-7833 and we can take their order over the phone. Our goal is make everyone happy.
Custom Design
Have something unique in mind but can't find it anywhere? We're happy to assist you through the process of designing a completely new piece. We'll work with you to ensure the durability of the design as well as the beauty. Ask a sale associate how to create the jewelry of your dreams!
Engraving
Our in-store engraver will gladly engrave and personalize any jewelry piece that can be engraved and was purchased at Lee Ann's Fine Jewelry. This service is performed by machine.
Jewelry Restyling
If an item in your jewelry box has gone out of style or you simply want to try something new, bring it to us. We'll work with your specifications to create something fresh and exciting.
Pearl and Bead Restringing
Lee Ann's Fine Jewelry will custom-string your necklaces or bracelets and will always clean your jewelry before restringing. This can be done in many different styles and we’re glad to work with you to create the perfect style.
Jewelry Repair
We have a repairmen trained in many aspects of jewelry repair. He has been an accomplished goldsmith for a total of approximately 30 years. He can repair most any type of jewelry except silver. Silver takes such a high concentration of heat and expertise to work with that we are unable to do those repairs. Setting stones in their original setting or a new style can be done on the premises.
Watch battery replacement is done on the premises. Watch repair estimates are sent to our watch repair service and you will be called with an estimate usually within two weeks with a minimum charge of $30.00 for shipping and handling that will be put toward your repair charge if you agree to have it completed.
